•    Return your bedsheet within 7 days of delivery for a refund.*
•    If you've tried your bedsheet but it does not meet your comfort expectations, you may exchange it for another eligible Sleep Scientist bedsheet within 30 days of delivery under our Comfort Guarantee.*

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To request a return or exchange, please email info@sleepscientist.in with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting photographs where relevant. Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

•    A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
•    Products must be returned in good condition and free from stains, odours, excessive wear, damage, or signs of misuse.
•    Wherever reasonably possible, the product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
•    Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorisation.
•    Products must be used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided by Sleep Scientist.

All returned products are inspected upon receipt before a refund or exchange is approved.

30-Day Comfort Guarantee

Our Comfort Guarantee is designed to help you find the bedsheet that is right for you. If, after trying your bedsheet, you feel it does not meet your comfort expectations, we will exchange it for another eligible Sleep Scientist bedsheet, subject to the terms below.

•    The Comfort Guarantee applies only to Sleep Scientist bedsheets purchased directly from Sleep Scientist, unless expressly stated otherwise.
•    It is limited to one exchange per original order.
•    The Comfort Guarantee may be used once per customer or household within a 12-month period.
•    Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
•    If the replacement product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
•    Refunds are available only within the initial 7-day return window. After this period, eligible Comfort Guarantee claims will be fulfilled only through an exchange.
•    The Comfort Guarantee does not cover damage, staining, improper washing or care, normal wear and tear, or a change in size, color, or design preference after use.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@sleepscientist.in with your order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items verified by Sleep Scientist, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us. For returns due to a change of mind or Comfort Guarantee exchanges, return shipping charges, if any, will be communicated when the request is approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Fair Use Policy

Our return and Comfort Guarantee policies are intended to help customers genuinely find the right Sleep Scientist product. Sleep Scientist reserves the right to decline a return, exchange, refund, or Comfort Guarantee claim where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused or abused.

This includes, but is not limited to, products showing signs of excessive wear, staining, odours, bodily fluids, pet damage, improper care, intentional damage, repeated return activity, false or misleading claims, or any attempt to circumvent the eligibility requirements. Sleep Scientist may also limit or refuse future returns or exchanges in cases of repeated or suspected misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

•    Gift cards
•    Clearance, final-sale, or explicitly marked non-returnable items
•    Customised or personalised products
•    Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or retailers, which will be governed by the return policy of the respective seller or platform
•    Products that do not meet the eligibility or hygiene requirements stated in this policy

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Policy Updates

Sleep Scientist reserves the right to modify or update this Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any revised terms will apply to orders placed on or after the date on which the updated policy is published on our website. The policy applicable to an order will be the version in effect on the date that order was placed.
